    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST One-liners

My cousin was HUGeLY into Barney (she’s Canadian) and had to watch many shows when I was over there on holiday. That I think sums up how I experienced it quite well!

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST New build, no connection to monitor

They wouldn’t fit a gpu for testing as would just use the igpu for that. Normally there would be a protection cab over the motherboard display port, is that what you mean or do you mean it’s actually misaligned in the case? But yeah, there are several areas of that build that aren’t suitable, I...

It’s normally down to formatting of some kind. smilies often trigger it, but it can be just simple bold or italics or font colour. It is extremely annoying

By all the leadup around the world in the last month, I think we’re set for global records generally. PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Best intake setup for aio.

This is 100% right. It’s also with fluid dynamics, if you were drawing air in through the roof, it would heat as it passed through the radiator fins at which point it would naturally resist the flow into the case anyway as it would start to rise as cold air is far denser. With it coming into...

    PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST New 'Gaming' Laptop

Looks really good for the budget and fits the games you're playing well. Personally I far prefer AMD in laptops over Intel. I personally wouldn't bother with the laptop cooler, they don't really achieve much as they're just blowing air into the underside of the laptop where there aren't any...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST PSA, mouse getting stuck in a particular axis during use

Ok, so I'm still rocking an original Mad Catz R.A.T. 7 mouse, think I bought it in 2010 shortly after its release, it's far too old, the logical thing would just be to accept its fate and get a modern mouse. But I'm not ready for that, I can't bear myself to part with this thing, this was back...

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Is it worth getting 32gb or 64gb ram ddr5 5600

Underneath fan doesn’t have any impact on cooling. It’s simply blowing air onto the underside of the chassis where there are no vents.

PCSPECIALIST, PCSPECIALIST Is it worth getting 32gb or 64gb ram ddr5 5600

Ok, hope you know what you need. just to add, with the 4080 or 4090, you NEED the external watercooler or the system will thermal throttle. even more so important with a constant all thread load like editing.
